There’s a lot going on behind those gorgeous copper eyes! Cooper is a thoughtful little darling. Here are some notes from his current carer:
“He is a sweet boy that loves belly rubs and sitting in the sun. He gets along with other cats with a slow introduction and hasn’t really been around dogs. Loud noises and boisterous children can give him some scares and he will hide but he will come out when it’s quieted down so he appreciates a semi quiet home. He is used to grooming and loves getting shaved but nail clipping isn’t his favorite but he tolerates it.” So in a nutshell, lovebug Cooper would like a nice, quiet, forever home, please! Located in Sacramento.

Oh wow, that face! Algie is such a precious sweet boy and has his whole life ahead of him. We’re hoping to find a great person or family to commit to giving him the very best forever home full of love, laps and playtime! He’s been raised around other cats, so we think he’d fit in with another friendly cat or two.

From her foster mom: Maybellene came to us declawed on all four paws and matted so badly that she had to be put under anesthesia and shaved.  She had been the victim of a dog attack and was very underweight. Despite all of this, she was the sweetest girl, always loving and playful.  We sent her to a foster who instantly fell in love with her.  That became Maybellene’s forever home where she blossomed.  Unfortunately, her kidneys gave out and she passed much too soon, but we know that she was cared for and loved immensely in her last year on earth.

While we wouldn’t call Diana a couch potato – actually she’s a very active explorer and playmate – the couch is her favorite place to hang out and nap, especially if a nice person is sitting next to her. She loves chasing wand toys! She’s also totally fine with other mellow cats. A perfect addition to your family. Finally, she is the sister of Mathilda. They would be fine to go together, but they would be OK apart.

Life was great, all love and laps, but then her people had a baby and she’s not happy with this development. She’s now seeking a new loving home, this time with a quiet home where she can go back to being the center of her people’s world. Beautiful Angel is such a sweet, lovey cat when things are calm!

Look – Chanel’s adorable personality is showing! This dear little glamour girl was owner-surrendered at a shelter in terribly matted condition. Hence the much-needed haircut she’s sporting now, just in time for the California heat wave. Once her glorious fur grows out, look out! We will have a little super model on our hands, with that gorgeous shiny black fur and gigantic orange eyes! Now, Chanel is in foster care where we can see that she’s not crazy about sharing her home with other pets (and probably with small children.) So, we’re hoping to find her a wonderful home where she will not have to share her humans’ love with anyone else, please. NOTE: Chanel is with another rescue group, but we are helping direct great adopters to them…
